Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang
The spaces on the Pasir Panjang property are made with maritime themes, including light grey colors and vivid aquatic blue colours to mirror the seaside associations of the place. All bedrooms are self-supporting studio units with assistance services, including a self-service mobile app, an onsite concierge and house cleaning.
Chong Ching Yeng, chief commercial official of Coliwoo, states that the brand is excited to increase its co-living profile within the city fringe complying with the introduction of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the demand amongst students and working professionals for lasting yet flexible stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts ease and accessibility free from endangering on quality, particularly with its top area in the center of Pasir Panjang.”
The new property is lower than 500m from the National University of Singapore and roughly 1km starting with Curtin University. Positioned for accessibility, it is a short drive from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD by means of Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The vicinity also uses proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
The Pasir Panjang Road property spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Previously the location of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the group obtained the residential property vacant.
Coliwoo prepares to open added co-living buildings in different areas next year, including River Valley Road, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Street and Arab Avenue.
Coliwoo has already launched its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Resort Pasir Panjang, a four-storey establishment at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand, a co-living branch within the realty administration solutions team LHN Group, disclosed in its statement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang estate for $30 million.
