IWG to open four new centres in Malaysia between April to September

Hybrid working services provider IWG declared that it definitely will be establishing four different facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya and Johor. The new launches will expand IWG’s footprint in Malaysia to 42 centres across four brands– Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature.

In the previous two years, IWG has indeed launched five new centres in Malaysia. Last year, the Group incorporated 867 brand-new sites to its global portfolio, featuring 163 new facilities in Asia Pacific.

The new centres will be available through IWG’s on-demand global membership.

Following the brand’s launch at Puchong Financial Corporate Centre, IWG is going to open a 12,971-square-foot HQ facility at AmBank Tower in Kuala Lumpur. An additional 16,533-square-foot Regus facility are going to be started at Prima-9 in Cyberjaya, area of Malaysia’s high-technology enterprise zone and Multimedia Super Corridor.

The new centers, register to release between April and September, will join IWG’s worldwide connection of 4,000 locations in 120 countries.

IWG is going to start two centres in Johor: a 14,973 sq ft HQ centre inside of the non commercial area Menara Pelangi, comfortably near the Malaysia-Singapore boundary, and a 12,497 sq ft Regus at Medini Shore, a mixed-use place around the Malaysia-Singapore Second Connection bridge.

Vijayakumar Tangarasan, state head of Malaysia at IWG, claims the expansion becomes part of the organization’s wider development method. The business intends to increase opportunities for all workers to conveniently access a proficient workspace and present convenience, a leading concern for staff members everywhere.
