CBRE acquires Singapore-based sustainability advisory firm Paia Consulting
In June, United Overseas Bank and Enterprise Singapore released a sustainability consultatory program for SMEs, in cooperation with Paia Consulting, CDP, Convene ESG, M1, PwC Singapore and TÜV SÜD.
Carrie Johnson started off Paia Consulting and is its founding director. She has over 20 years of knowledge in sustainability method, reporting, and ecological issues. Corrado Forcellati, Paia Consulting’s managing director from 2021, guides firms in Singapore and Southeast Asia integrate sustainability within their enterprise procedures.
David Fogarty, that has actually led CBRE’s ESG Consulting and Sustainability Providers group in Asia since 2022, will direct the extended crew at Paia from CBRE.

On August 1, CBRE revealed that it has already acquired Paia Consulting, a Singapore-based sustainability advising company. The acquisition is component of the New York Stock Exchange-listed worldwide realty services company’s expansion of its sustainability advising business in Asia Pacific.
In August 2023, Keppel employed Bennett Wong, former principal expert at Paia Consulting, to become its group sustainability senior supervisor. Wong departed in July to join professional services company RSM.
Supporting the acquisition, the company is going to be renamed Paia from CBRE, and the staff may be integrated with CBRE’s presenting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting and sustainability services team. Johnson is going to be the major professional under the merged entity, while Forcellati is going to be the new administrator of client sustainability method and services.
