Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
Facilities at Weave Suites– Hillside include a gym, yoga workshop, outside terraces, and open-concept receptions. There are in addition co-working places, private meeting areas, and recreation spaces complete with a games room, karaoke workshop, and a theatrette.
The real estate is located inside 10 mins’ stroll of Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also close to leisure and lifestyle hubs such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
The residential property was formerly known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A shared project consisting of Weave Living and international possession supervisor Blackrock purchased the real estate in February last year for $148 million.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has three real estates in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key property on Jalan Sultan, that opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had collectively gotten the real estate, formerly referred to as Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
Weave Residences – East Coast, located on Still Road, comprises 93 self-supporting homes, varying from studios to two-bedroom flats and penthouses with private pools. The residences, that are open for booking, have a launching price of $3,700 monthly, with a least possible six-month stay.
“Our goal is to meet the demands of people and families searching for greater than just a location to live– via these new launches we intend to provide an encounter that enriches their lives,” claims Doshi.
On The Other Hand, Weave Suites – Hillside is located on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It features 175 suites varying from open-plan workshops to one and two-bedroom layouts.
Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has opened 2 new flagship real estates in Singapore, situated in the East Coast and Mount Sophia areas. According to the group, the dual release is part of its continued business expansion in Singapore and throughout the broader Asia Pacific place.
“With the introduction of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are elevating luxury and serviced living, providing a new standard of living and versatility that satisfy the different needs these days’s modern occupant,” says Sachin Doshi, creator and group chief executive officer of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 press release.
Weave Suites – Hillside is set to launch in March with starting prices from $199 per night with a minimum six-night stay or $4,480 monthly.
The residence is Weave Living’s first pet-friendly place in Singapore and offers facilities on-site including a resort-style pool, fitness center, barbecue pit, and a family-friendly park.
The building is located close to Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Terminals, giving connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
